It’s that time of the year again – the countdown to Christmas. Here at Bahasa Basudara were also looking forward to the festive period, but for us, the celebrations will start earlier in the month, when we will be crowning our first Bahasa Basudara Spelling Bee Queen or King. This will be directly followed by our not to be missed End of Year Party.

Spelling Bee Grand Final
Cheer on our Spelling Bee finalists: Ivana (Fallavel) Lopulalan, Angelica Kundiman, Naifa Silawane, Fyolitha Wakanno, Vilandra Maitimu and Nahdlif Pelu, when they compete to become the first Bahasa Basudara Spelling Bee 2021 winner.

Just under fifty Bahasa Basudara students between 11 and 17 entered our Spelling Bee contests in April and October this year. Even though in our opinion every single contestant was a winner, as it took a lot of guts to take on the challenge, there can only be one ultimate C-H-A-M-P-I-O-N.

End of Year Party
Our Master of Ceremony will again be news anchor and TV host Juan SaQuarella, while the music (another opportunity to show off your online dance moves) will be provided by DJs Virgil Diego and Sergio Amancio from Pesta Official. There will be plenty of interactive moments, a quiz, prizes to be won and lots of laughs!

Bee there…
So reserve Saturday 11^th of December and make sure you’re not double-booked. Be there to support our youngest basudara, sort out your party gear, practise those online dance moves and get ready to party!
